This is a complete migration and setup service designed to move you seamlessly from your current CRM into Go High Level. Over the course of 30-45 business days, I’ll rebuild and customize your system so it’s fully functional and ready to run your business.

Your $3,400 investment includes:

Full migration of contacts, forms, contracts, and automations from your current CRM
Up to 10 custom workflows/triggers tailored to your business (client onboarding, follow-ups, reminders, lead nurturing, etc.)
Branded template import for contracts, emails, and forms
Payment processor integration (I use NMI/Noomerik for stability, but can connect yours… As far as recurring invoicing, that’s your baby to tackle, but I will gladly assist you!)
Phone number setup in Go High Level for calling and texting (be mindful GHL will charge you directly for phone usage... this is billed by them, not me)
Testing, troubleshooting, and refinement to ensure everything works smoothly
A PDF guide on how to operate everything I’ve set up for you (because that’s important… right?)
Marketing Tool Setup (Email, SMS, etc.): If you’d like me to bring over your marketing tools — like email campaigns, templates, or automations... I can import them into Go High Level for you. I’ll handle the copy-and-paste setup so your content is in place and ready to go… but the actual email design, layout, and formatting will be your responsibility.

Please Note: The Full CRM Integration does not include the Pre-Payment Plan Calculator setup, Conversational AI or any other tools/templates created by Deanna. These are priced separately as add-ons.

Integration Setup Requirement: If your order includes any type of integration, please provide your account login information so we can complete the setup. This includes your Go High Level login as well as login details for any other platforms you currently use (such as Dubsado, Flodesk, etc.).
